Vest up & Walk Summer Bootcamp
This program takes a simple walk and turns it into a full-body, low-impact workout using a weighted vest. It's designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in your movement. Following the 1 mile walk, we will do a 10 minute body movement workout.
